Return Policy

All lash trays are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.
All tweezer products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out, therefore we are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item up to 3 days after package has been received. All other products such as adhesives/ super bonders etc are non-refundable once they have been opened..
