Training Terms and Refund Policy

By registering for a Training Class with The Lash Society, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I understand and agree that The Lash Society is not licensing me, I understand and agree that I have to check with my state’s Cosmetology Board to understand the state requirements for someone to perform lash extensions services. I understand and agree that if I am unlicensed in the state of Texas, I'm taking this training as a learning experience and will only receive a certificate of completion.
2. I understand and agree that my deposit and training fees are non refundable.
3. I understand and agree that my deposit may only be transferable to a different date if I give a minimum of a 10 day notice.
4. I understand and agree that if I enroll in a course that will take place in less than 10 days, my deposit is still non-refundable.
5. I understand and agree that a minimum of 6 months of active work experience is required in order to enroll in The Lash Society’s volume courses. The Lash Society has the right to refuse certification at the end of the course if I do not meet the qualifications.
6. I understand and agree that I am fully certified with classic lash extensions if enrolling in any advanced courses such as Intro or Advanced Volume. (The Master Class is a beginner course, no experience is required.)
7. I understand and agree that I have been actively lashing those 6 months in order to qualify for said trainings.
8. I understand and agree that the class and contents of the Kit are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after attending the class and receiving the kit.
9. I understand and agree that the contents of each kit may vary from training to training.
10. I understand and agree that I am required to bring my own model. If i need help finding one, i will notify TLS upon enrollment.
11. I understand and agree that The Lash Society has Property Rights of the Manuals and Training Program. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of The Lash Society.
12. I understand and agree that The Lash Society’s Training Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish the The Lash Society’s Training Manuals.
13. I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training class.
14. I understand and agree that my remaining balance must be paid in full ATLEAST 8 days prior to my training.
15. I understand and agree that all training fees AND deposits are non refundable 24hrs after payment has been made. This means you have 24hrs after enrolling and 24hrs after sending final balance to request a full refund.
