Services Cancellation Policy

All Deposits are non-refundable after booking your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be only transferable the first time. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a nontransferable deposit as well as cancellation and no show fees. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. If you will be late to your appointment, please let your artist know ASAP via text message. There is a 5 minute grace period, anything over 5 minutes will result in cancellation. No shows will result in loss of future bookings with The Lash Society.
